Connecting through Wellness
From the age of 4, growing up in Germany  I embarked on a journey into the world of sport and hockey, a passion that would later span 15 incredible seasons playing Top Level Hockey with Pembroke Wanderers Ladies 1s in Ireland.
Even at that young age, I was captivated not only by sport & movement but also by the human body. My curiosity about anatomy and the body's mechanics was ignited early, leading me to know that working with the body was always going to be my path.
Completing my Sports Therapy training in Ireland was just the beginning. To further refine my therapeutic skills, I ventured to Hamburg to specialize in Myoreflex Therapy under the mentorship of Kurt Mosetter.
Two intensive years in this immersive experience solidified my expertise and prepared me for the journey ahead.
My journey has revealed profound connections within the body
Drawing from my personal experience in sports and my intimate comprehension of the challenges posed by injuries and pain, I've cultivated a deep empathy for my clients, enabling me to cater to their unique needs.
This understanding has led me to recognize long-held physical patterns in some clients, patterns that may have roots tracing back to birth. This revelation ignited my passion for Craniosacral Therapy, where I trained with the Upledger Institute for 5 years. I honed my interest particularly in its applications in Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Pregnancy, and Postpartum care.
My fascination with working with babies and children has deepened significantly, inspiring me to contribute positively to their growth and well-being.
I'm an advocate for the notion that consistent care for our physical well-being, beginning from an early age, sets the stage for a life that's not just healthier, but richer and more rewarding.
Becoming a mother of two has provided me with an intimate understanding of the importance of balance in life. This understanding extends to how our bodies react to the multifaceted demands we face, be it the demands of work and home life, engagement in sports, pursuit of hobbies, or the weight of stress.
My broad foundation equips me to address a spectrum of health concerns, encompassing both physical discomfort and emotional distress. My mission is to empower clients on their quest for improved well-being.
My journey reflects an unwavering dedication to holistic health and I am thrilled to connect with individuals across all stages of life, accompanying them on their unique paths to vitality and wellness.
